They are so strict at VHSO Fort Smith CBOC. It seems that every morning traffic is at its worst and the weather really sucks here. I start my day off cranky. I hope this aftercare plan works out for me. I’m really irritable and get the feeling that the odds are against me. . I didn’t know taking methadone from a clinic had to be this regulated. At least I’m 10 months sober. I surely hope this is my last phase of misery.
