I know I won’t be able to go through withdrawal of methadone on my own. Are there medication that can help with my withdrawal?

I think the most effective method for methadone withdrawal would be to tapper yourself off of it so that your symptoms won’t be that extreme

Ya i’m sure the FDA has come up with some type of drug to get off another, but I used over the counter pain meds, hot baths, cold showers and nausea meds.
