During my recovery at NE Arkansas Treatment Services, I learned alot of the simple things that my parents taught me growing up. Because of my addictions, I simply forgot. Like honesty, healthy decision making, patience, and taking responsibility for our actions. I learned how to identify my problem and define it and then most important, to solve them in a healthy way. I have problems yes, but now through your guidance, I can meet them with a clear head. I'm not completely healed yet, but I'm a great work in progress.
