VHCSO Mount Vernon CBOC is the place to be. Enjoy the group of people that hang out their . Have new friends that are in the same boat as me. My group counselor Jesse, can bring out the worst in me and the best. I hold him with great respect and admiration. He's actually been in my shoes and come out of, what I call the black hole.
