I often find myself thinking about the simple things in life I lost. I desperately want my life back. Heroin over-rides all of reality only to service itself. My doctor recommended methadone treatment to treat my needs and it seems to be working. I was also fortunate to get a room at an aftercare facility. I take things day-by-day and focus on my kids and making it to meetings. I look forward to a clean and sober existence. I need my old life back!!!!! There are two of my kids out there. They probably wonder if I love them or not. I do, and I'll fix it.
