Raise the bottom has changed my life. I've tried several different ways to get sober and medication therapy has been the only thing that has worked for me. I recommend the raise the bottom to anyone that has not been successful in getting sober without medication. I've been here for 3 years and have learned more about myself and how to stay sober then I have in all of my years in and out of inpatient and outpatient rehab facilities. They offer a variety of classes, access to Community Support, one on one counseling, Mental Health medications and have been able to support me in more ways then I could have ever imagined. I would suggest to get as much out of this place as you possibly can, take the suggestions, and do the work. Don't give up, before you know it your life will look completely different then it had from the time you walked in the doors of Raise the Bottom.

Worst place ever. They screw you over on their flat fee nonsense. So in February since there isn't 30 days you lose 20 dollars. How does this make sense. And all you see here are tweakers and junkies and the counselors are worthless here. The only qualified counselor there is Elisha garrison. The rest are not good. They don't do anything accept make you feel like this lowly drug addict. Brooke the nurse is so completely biased that I'm surprised nobody has committed suicide because of how rude she is. This place has problems. Fix them.

I've been a patient here since Jan or Feb of 2016. Their down to earth and patient centered approach has amazed me. If your doing well and maintaining total abstinence they give you the respect you deserve. If you fall into old ways of thinking and relapse they still respect you but call you on it and act as a team member in your recovery to get you back on track. The clinic's I've seen around this country hace too many patients that need help, and they abandon you to your fate when you relapse. This place seems to take on the extra workload, even in the new increase of drugs and patients coming into Boise. Dr kaylor and the staff run it like a well oiled machine, with their hearts and experienced and understanding minds governing the process. Its truly a model for how clinic's should operate nationwide. I would objectively give it five stars but for two things, one minor and one glaring and criticl issue. The critical is they don't have an after hours line that seems to be working. Perhaps they take the constant messages and screen them, but if it is it really is frustrating and sucks to be let down like that and if it isn't it sucks more. If you have after hours it should operate when it says it does. It made a pharmacist break down in tears seeing me fight for my routine and my sobriety and them remaining silent. The minor issue is you guys weren't open today at ten. I hate giving the negative on such a great place but if you fix it I'm gonna edit this and give it five stars. Neverheless,i may be dead or in jail or in a hospital without you guys. You are excellent supports and members of my recovery, keep it up. I have to leave temporarily for financial reasons but I'll be back soon.

After being on legal opioids for several years with Chronic Pain it wasn't helping much anymore and the St. Luke's pain clinic cut me off. Not wanting to go through withdrawal misery I wasn't sure what to do and I still had the pain to deal with. I finally relented and called Raise the Bottom then went right in for my first treatment and found it was a loving, nice place to be. Not only that but the Methadone treatment also helped my chronic pain. What a relief. I'm so glad I made that call!

Spent two years here and kept me sober but the place is awful. My counselor violated my rights and betrayed me. I wouldn't trust anyone here. Completely, totally unprofessional. I will not put up with it anymore, they lost me as a patient and won't be getting my money anymore which is all they care about! Just one big money pool. Good luck in your treatment and your experience hopefully will be different. But I wouldn't trust a single person there.
