Does Methadone impare my mental function? I still want to be able to drive and hang out with friends. I don’t want to feel slow though.

If you’re on too high of a dose you will feel really out of it. So yes, it does impare your mental function.

Yes. I believe Methadone does I’m late your mental function. You’re just training one drug for the other. It is best to stop and try detoxing other, faster ways.

It can, but if you tell your doctor he or she should lower your Methadone dosage.

You may feel slow for a while but you’ll get better over time. You’ll need to let your body adjust to the drug.
