The clinical staff and doctors are great. Upper management and dosing staff, not so much. I've been at both the Arbor and Main locations over the past 2-3 years, currently at the Main location but upper management is the same.My experiences over the past few years have made it abundantly clear that the people that actually run the business have 2 priorities: the bottom line and covering their asses. The dosing staff also need more training, they have several times now given me bad information that was also not in the patient handbook and resulted in reduction of my privileges (despite a pristine track record stretching back multiple years). I was told by management most recently that "even though this isn't your fault, you still have to bear the consequences."Moral of the story: if someone here tells you something isn't a big deal and will be fine, get it in writing.
